The Peak of Hiking
Laguna 69 is the most famous day trek in the Huascarán National Park. Located at the foot of Chacraraju and Nevado Pisco, its intense turquoise color rewards the effort of the hike through the Demanda Valley.
Timeline
DEPARTURE FROM HUARAZ
Early departure heading north. Stop for breakfast and registration at the PNH control (S/. 30.00 EX / S/. 12.00 N).
START TREKKING
From Cebollapampa we start the hike through the Demanda valley, passing by Consuelo lagoon until reaching the spectacular Laguna 69.
RETURN
Time for photos and videos. Descent along the same route to Cebollapampa where the transport awaits. Return to Huaraz.
