I. Declaration of Principles Against ESNNA

At ALPINE TREKS PERÚ, we state our unrestricted adherence to Law No. 29408, the General Tourism Law, and its commitment against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). We declare zero tolerance for any conduct that violates the integrity of minors.

II. Duty to Report and Vigilance

As formal operators before the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism (DIRCETUR), ALPINE TREKS PERÚ and all its operational staff are legally obliged to report any act or suspicion of exploitation to the competent authorities (National Police of Peru or the Public Prosecutor's Office).

III. Criminal Sanctions

We remind our clients and collaborators that child sexual exploitation is a crime defined in the Peruvian Penal Code, with severe prison sentences. Our company will not provide services to any person involved in such criminal practices.
