DEPARTURE FROM HUARAZ

Transfer east to Pitec (3780m), the starting point of the hike. Registration at the PNH control (S/. 30.00).

10:00 AM

ASCENT TO CHURUP

Hike along a marked trail. Section of rock climbing assisted by fixed chains. Arrival at Churup lagoon with a view of Nevado Churup (5493m).

02:00 PM

RETURN

Descent to Pitec and transfer back to Huaraz. Arrival between 5:00 and 6:00 PM.
